IMPORTANT: The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other type of professional advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

4. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:

- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iq Index Option and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Your investment or trading decisions
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App will immediately cease
- You must stop using and delete the App from your devices
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iq Index Option regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
